Our home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, over 2812 sq. ft of living space, covered pool and spa and a wonderful game room.

The home is updated, including a keyless entry system for your safety along with a dead bolt– each guest party receives a unique code to the front door that is only active for the length of their stay.

The family room has a large LCD smart TV to make sure you don't miss your favorite shows/games. We also equiped every bedroom with their own tv's so everyone can watch their own shows. Along with whole house air conditioning, each room has a fan for comfort.  Stainless steel appliances with all the necessary items in the kitchen to take care of your culinary needs. Also, with continuous updated furnishings throughout the house,  bathrooms have been updated and modernized.

This home is equiped with a modern saltwater swimming pool with an attached spa.  The modern salt system is great for the skin without the stickyness of salt water. The screened swimming pool always gets alot of sun, perfect for laying on your favorite pool floatie sipping a cold beverage in the pool or even playing games with the whole family!  The covered lanai porch area is great for those days where you would just like to read and relax out of the sun. Pool/Spa Heat and a BBQ are also available for an additional charge.
