This home is equiped with a modern saltwater swimming pool with an attached spa. The screened swimming pool always gets alot of sun, perfect for laying on your favorite pool floatie sipping a cold beverage in the pool or even playing games with the whole family!  The covered lanai porch area is great for those days where you would just like to read and relax out of the sun. Pool/Spa Heat and a BBQ are also available for an additional charge.
